This nighttime duo is designed to help you relax and sleep.  Whether you use it to help you nod off at bedtime or to ease you back into sleep should you wake during the night.

The pillow spray is in a cobalt blue glass bottle and uses a mix of the following essential oils:-
Lavender - relaxes and calms the mind
Bergamot - grounding and reassuring
Rose - balancing and comforting.
 
The organic hemp and cotton Sleep Pillows are individually printed, so no two will be exactly the same.  The outer pillow case washable.  The inner pillows are filled with organic linseed.  You can place these in the fridge or warm in the microwave depending on what you need it for.   Not only is this set great for sleep it is  brilliant for headaches (cold) or warm for relieving symptoms associated with dry eye syndrome, blepharitis, Meibomian Gland Dysfunction, conjunctivitis etc.
